Dominic from Nevis let me know that comments are disabled on my blog. It appears something is b0rked with my Wordpress install since I have the box checked for Allow Comments.
I’ll work on it tonight.

UPDATE: Problem solved. I tried a new plugin and it apparently malfunctioned.
