I have to apologize for not posting recently. I am in the middle of a big contract job and buying a house at the same time. Things should be back to normal on Tuesday now that the paperwork is in and we have a closing date for the house.
One word of advice, talk to lots and lots of lenders when finding a mortgage. I have found there are two distinct types, the form filler and the mortgage specialist. You will know the difference in the first 5 minutes of conversation. A mortgage specialist is creative and resourceful. I am using Fred Marquez at Residential Mortgage Services and cannot recommend him enough.
